My Story.

You might be wondering why did I start a juice bar? Or maybe the story behind my crazy spelling of the name? It all started several years ago when I took an interest in natural health, when my mom passed away, from cancer. I began reading labels on every food and drink that my family consumed, and the products that we used on our bodies. I was shocked to see how many chemicals were being added and applied to everything we used. These chemicals that are in our food, drinks, lotions, shampoos, bottled water, and even pollution in our air cause cancer and many other health issues. My son Brandon and his wife Jo have blessed me with two beautiful granddaughters, River and Ivy. I realized that I needed to start taking care of myself more so that I can be there for them as they grow and live their lives. Also because of the love I have for my sweet grandbabies, I combined their names River and Ivy to create the name Rivyve. Yes, I may be sentimental with all of my backstories but I’m bringing along the legacy of my mom with me and caring it over to my son and grandchildren.

I have a love for the Lord and serving others. I wanted a place where I could share my journey and open a small-town shop that others can come to. A place for others to regain their health and to be educated in natural health. One thing my mom and I always had in common was cooking and trying new recipes! So now in her honor, I get to share them with you! I hope you feel at home in our small town shop as we welcome you like our family.
